My home office is where I do all of my bookkeeping, planning, and research, but I perform work on site at clients homes and offices. Is it primary place where I work?

Thank you!  When I answered the questions as they were asked in Turbo tax Self Employed, it said I did not qualify.  The question should be worded differently or have more of an explanation in the help tool.
