My fiancee and I bought a house together this year, When we file, can he just claim 100% of the house deductions, or do we have to split it up?

I'm ok if he claims it all, I just want to be sure it's ok.

Your fiancé can claim the mortgage interest and property taxes deductions (100%), as long as he is on the deed and mortgage.

Thank you! I figured since his ssn is the one on the 1098, it would be no problem.
