my charitable deductions are not being included in my list of deductions.

Please clarify - are you itemizing deductions? Your list of itemized deductions - which would include your donations - needs to add up to more than the standard deduction - which is the deduction that everyone gets automatically. If your list of deductions are not more than the standard one then you would not see your donations, they would just be part of the standard deduction.
