My car was vandelized and I had to have it repaired and had to pay the deductable can I file for the deduction?

No, you cannot deduct these damages. The deduction for personal casualty or theft losses has been eliminated unless the loss occurred in a federally-declared disaster area and was directly caused by the disaster.
