My 1099-SA is $0, no contributions or withdrawals, do I need to include it?

I have an old HSA account from an old job that this year have made no contributions or withdrawals on. The 1099-SA says $0 across the board, do I have to add it to my tax return?

If there is nothing but zeros, Do not enter it.
