Mn property tax: why was $550 pre-entered in the line that asks about government aid? I do not receive any government aid.

My question is in regards to M1PR form for Minnesota Property Tax refund. I noticed that there was a pre-entered amount of $550 entered on the line that asks about if I receive any government aid. I do not nor ever have received aid and am wondering if this number hurt me in the long run? Thank you, Kim
