Can someone please tell me how to add Military Disability to Turbotax 2023 to use for Sales tax?

Please explain what you are trying to do. What does your military disability have to do with sales tax?
On a federal tax return the only additions for the sales tax itemized deduction on Schedule A are -
- Child support
- Workers' compensation
- Military basic quarters and subsistence allowances
in the past years i have been able to add Military non taxable income into turbo tax for the purposes of figuring out the sales tax since there was more money to spend that was not included into income in the taxes
After you enter your state sales tax rate, the next screen asks about Nontaxable Income. Answer Yes, and you can add the amount of your nontaxable income on the next screen.
Your 2023 income is the amount shown on your Form 1040 or 1040-SR, line 11, plus any nontaxable items, such as the following examples:
Tax-exempt interest.
Veterans' benefits.
Nontaxable combat pay.
Workers' compensation.
Child Support.
Nontaxable part of social security and railroad retirement benefits.
Nontaxable part of IRA, pension, or annuity distributions. Don't include rollovers.
Public assistance payments.
