- I meet all of the requirements but Turbo Tax says I am Not Eligible. When I examine the FORM it is not picking up the standard allowance from the MI-State table and I am not able to put it in.
You'll need to sign in or create an account to connect with an expert.
First, confirm you are eligible by checking 2019 instructions in the link below.
2019 MI-1040CR-7 Instructions see page 19 for the calculation of the standard allowance
Otherwise, I recommend a few logistical updates~
Now, when you go back through the Home Heating Credit and run the review again, the program should be current.
ok... I need to clarify that I am using TT Home & Business CD Copy NOT the online TT.
In Mine what I find is as follows:
File -> Remove State Return
Is this how I should proceed?
Also I have checked updates as well and My TT is supposedly up to date
I have determined that I can OVERRIDE the Form and insert the Standard Allowance.
All criteria has been met and I am certain of the Value.
Thank you for your time and assistance...
Hopefully this may help someone else.
