I have medical deductions from my pension taken every month for me and my wife. They are for Kaiser and I am also on Medicare with an Advantage plan but my wife is still in the regular plan since she is not on medicare. The 1099R does not show any amount for the payments I make. Are they deductible in the (Deduction and Credits) (Additional medical Insurance premiums) by just entering the total amount I paid for the year.

Yes, they are deductible on your federal return if you itemize deductions. And yes, that is the place to enter them > Deductions and Credits>>Medical Expenses>>Insurance premiums. Go ahead and enter all of your medical expenses (annual totals) not reported elsewhere. If your itemized deductions are more than your standard deduction, TurboTax will add Schedule A to your tax return. Also, even if you do end up taking the standard deduction, those medical expenses may be deductible on your state return.
