Medical Expense for Belt Lipectomy

Hi, 

I 2020 I had a belt lipectomy after weight loss surgery to remove and huge hanging over stomach and skin.  It not a necessary surgery, but helped with weight and not having the stomach hanging down.  I paid almost $19k out of pocket.  It any part of it deductible?
