Tax Year Prior to 2020: medical deduction

I get error message to revisit last topic. I go thru all topics then back to medical deduction and get same error. It happened with previous update, not the one I got today. I can't finish my taxes.

Did you enter medical insurance premiums paid elsewhere in the program (i.e. health insurance premiums paid in the marketplace on a Form 1095-A in the health insurance section)?  If so, the program will include these premiums as medical expenses in the calculation.  Also, you should not double enter these premiums - the program warns you not to enter such premiums as a medical expense because it has already included them.

Tax Year Prior to 2020: medical deduction

I have finally made myself sit down and start taxes.  I did fine on my first return through the section where income is entered.  However, I am unable to enter any deductions.  It started with personal property taxes.  I said "yes"; it gave a blank screen.  I went on to medical deductions.  I said "yes"; it gave a blank screen.  I actually need the questions that guide one through the information.  That is why I buy Turbo Tax (for several years now).  Is there a fluke with this year's program, or am I totally missing something?

Go to your search box and type "itemized deductions"

Then click at the very top of the search window that says "Jump to itemized deductions"

Then follow the on screen instructions and enter your medical expenses.
