You can deduct long term care premiums as medical expenses.

• Sign into your TurboTax account and click Take me to my return
• Select Personal (top of program)
• Select Deductions & Credits (sub tab below Personal)
• Select Medical, select Medical Expenses - follow the prompts; you will be asked to enter long term care premiums
