Long-Term Care Facility

I have lived in a long-term facility for four years.  This year (Turbo Tax 2022) there were several questions about the facility.  I thought I had purchased my apartment and answered as such.  I found out that was incorrect; technically I'm renting my unit.  I want to correct that, but I cannot find where those questions were asked.  Can someone help me find them?
