Limits to Long-term care insurance premium subtraction for WI?

I know that for Federal taxes, premiums for long-term care insurance are deductible up to a dollar limit based on age. This allowable limit is less than the total I actually paid in premiums. In TurboTax, when the gross amount of long-term care premiums entered in the Federal form carries over to my Wisconsin taxes, it seems that all of it can be subtracted from income on Sch SB and then on Form 1, line 6. Is it correct that 100% of gross  LTC premiums may be subtracted from income for Wisconsin?
