ItsDeductible Deleted Item Donation

We have used ItsDeductible for years as a time saver for our itemized deductions. We prepared a large item deduction. After dropping off the donation, we want back and updated the donation's details, like date and charity zip code, which we had wrong. Now the hundreds of items we had itemized are gone. The donation is no longer present on our account. It disappeared after editing the charities zip code on the admin section. 

Can this be recovered at all? I see no option on the ItsDeductible website nor iPhone mobile app.

Make sure you are logged in using the same credentials that you used before making the changes.  You can use this link to verify any accounts you may have under your information.  

Another option is to try to clear your cache and see if that restores your information.  Sometimes switching between the programs might result in problems so this ensures you're starting fresh.
