Its Deductible not importing to Turbo Tax Deluxe on my Macbook

Its Deductible on line not importing to Turbo Tax Deluxe on my Macbook.  I keep getting an error message.  "This import was unsuccessful......Select Skip Import and we'll help you enter it manually so you can keep working on your taxes."  THIS IS COMPLETE BS.  I am glad I did not wait until closer to April 15th to start my taxes with Turbo Tax.  Please help.  And yes, I am using the exact same account for Its Deductible and Turbo Tax on the Intuit website.

It depends. If your import is not brining in your information you can add all charity donations that are less than $250 on any given date and use 501(c)(3) organizations or 50% Charities, using descriptions to combine them.

Thank you for alerting us.
