ITEMIZED deduction

we are filing jointly and we have more than $24400 deduction, but turbo tax not let me do itemized deduction? keep going back to Standard deduction?

is it a bug on the software? or I mis-click any button? anyone has the same experience?

could you have selected use standard rather than itemized

could be version off TT you are using doesn't support itemized

we can't see your return so can't say why this is happening but this is the first post i seen about this
