The program indicated that I was eligible for a property tax refund even though my household income exceeded the allowed maximum to be eligible. (Max income to be eligible is $68,510.) Please investigate.
I also see Turbo tax said I didn't qualify. However, when I filled out the state form M1PR I got from the state and followed state instructions I did qualify as I have every year in the past.
To clarify are you filling out your MN state return in TurboTax or the MN Website? Do you need additional help? If so please feel free to come back to Turbo Tax Community and provide more details.

I did it on turbo tax and it said zero refund. I did it over again on the MN website and I got nearly $1500. first time turbo tax has ever "failed" on me I completed it on the MN website.
