Is Paid Family Medical Leave in Washington state taxed by the IRS? If so what is the rate so I can save money for the tax filing for 2025?

I am taking PFML for a recent surgery and will be out for 6 weeks total. I want to save money for the upcoming tax season so I'm not paying a huge bill that will end up being on a payment plan.

@fairysmom it's taxable income to you. It would be taxed at whatever your marginal tax bracket is.
