Is it required to enter your car registration fees? I am unable to locate those forms for 2016 as we have renewed for 2017 and those are the only ones i can find.

Car registration fees are not required to be entered. They are added to the Schedule A with any other Itemized Deductions. If you are taking the standard deduction, it won't make a difference in your deduction amount.
