IRS-supplied income but no 1099, how to input to TurboTax?

My 2023 tax refund was delayed because the IRS needed more information. I involved the IRSTAS via my Congresswoman and the IRS finally released my refund with about $100 interest on about 2/24/2025. In the close-out letter from TAS, the agent said the interest was reportable - she said "As a reminder, the interest paid with this refund is considered taxable income received in 2024". I did not receive a 1099 for this interest income.

Where/how in TurboTax do I add this no-1099-documented income?

What is the IRS's TIN or EIN?

Anything else particular to this situation that would affect my 2024 filing?

You can enter the interest as if it were on Form 1099-INT, but it needn't be.

You don't need the IRS EIN.

Enter under

Wages & Income

Interest and Dividends

Interest on 1099-INT

Select "Add investments" if needed

Select "Skip Import" if needed

Select Interest 1099-INT

Enter "IRS" as the Payer and the amount
