If you received Notice CP-11 related to Premium Tax Credit 9862 Part 1 - Annual and Monthly Contribution,

and if  you received unemployment  benefit on the same tax year, then call the IRS about your unemployment condition. The CP-11  Notice may not know about your unemployment status and will calculate a different number than yours.

Being the money collector for the government, the IRS reluctantly, I think, 

to be the money collector for the Healthcare.gov as well. But this is no smooth ride just

yet.

If you reported unemployment in any amount on the return then call them as directed or mail them the answer they seek in the form of the 1099-G  from the state which matches the amount you entered on the Sch 1.
