If you received Notice CP-11 related to Premium Tax Credit 9862 Part 1 - Annual and Monthly Contribution,
and if you received unemployment benefit on the same tax year, then call the IRS about your unemployment condition. The CP-11 Notice may not know about your unemployment status and will calculate a different number than yours.
Being the money collector for the government, the IRS reluctantly, I think,
to be the money collector for the Healthcare.gov as well. But this is no smooth ride just
yet.
