Incorrectly used FSA dependent care

My husband had money from his paycheck transferred to a FSA dependent care, and we reimbursed our daughters daycare, without realizing we were not eligible to do so because I was not working. Per our taxes so far, we are not eligible for the dependent care credit, so will TurboTax automatically fix that and include the money that was contributed to an FSA as taxable income? 

to be clear, we did empty the FSA by reimbursing ourselves, just didn’t realize we weren’t eligible at the time.
