I have input my income from K1 from two trusts through the step-by-step process update but the numbers do not transfer to my return.

The K-1 summary will show zero because the figures are distributed to the proper forms by the program.

For example, if you entered interest from your K-1, you should see that figure on Schedule B (which you can view in Forms Mode).
