If you're self-employed, you take the expenses (scrubs) off against your income, on Schedule C. 

If you receive a W-2, go to  

Your 2016 Deductions & Credits>Employment Expenses>Job-Related Expenses 

Once there, you'll be walked through inputting your work expenses.
