If I want to value my donations to a charity instead of using It'sDeductible, do I need to enter every item individually under "Tell us about the items you gave to ___"

If the values in It'sDeductible do not match the value of items I've donated to charity, and I choose to use the option of entering my own description and value, am I supposed to enter every item individually or can I lump items together with one description (e.g.; furniture, toys, kitchen items, etc.) and the combined value all in one entry?

You can lump into categories but keep your documentation.
