If didn't work rideshare prior tax season due to a health issue but I was working that for prior 7 tax seasons. Can I claim expenses related to the car payments

Basically rideshare earnings 2023 but expenses as in car payments still occurred. Can this be added on as losses or expenses for 2023 season to help with tax .I am owing this year from other revenue streams

No.

If you did not work in ride sharing in 2024, you did not use your vehicle for business, and cannot claim vehicle expenses in 2024.
