I would like to know where I can claim the sales tax and fees paid on purchase of a boat.

Make sure you are logged into your account
Click Federal on the left tab
Click Credits and Deductions on the top tab
Scroll down until you get to the section "Cars and Other Things You Own"
The sales tax will go under the section titled "Personal Property Taxes"
