I WFH and want to know how to claim Internet Expense in California

I have Turbo Tax Deluxe and doing my taxes for the State of California but I cant find where I can claim my internet and cell phone expenses?  Where is that located in Turbo Tax Deluxe?

Are you self employed?

You will enter those expenses (not deductible on your federal return, but they will be on your CA if you itemize) under Employment - Job-Related expenses in the Deductions & Credits section of TurboTax Deluxe.
