If you belong in the program, then the 8885 should have been part of the document set that TurboTax created at the end of your return. Indeed, before we removed your confidential data from this post, I saw the 8885 as part of your return.
Form 8453 is a transmittal form that goes with the 8885 for forms that must be mailed for a return that was e-filed. I don't know if there was an 8453 printed as part of your return, but if you need one, you can get a blank one from the IRS by going to
https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f8453.pdf and printing it (the instructions are with it).
It is entirely possible that you have no idea what the Health Coverage Tax Credit is because you are not in the program and don't qualify for it. Every year a number of taxpayers accidentally check off this credit, not realizing that it is only for certain taxpayers who have been certified by the government as members of this program.
If this is the case, do nothing, because the IRS will write you shortly to ask you to send this information, and this will give you the chance to explain that you should not have filed the 8885, and ask the agent what should you do.
