I was flooded by Huricane Harvey how do account for that and is there a special to enter this imformation?

It would be considered casualty loss and you would enter it using the instructions below:

Make sure you are logged into your account
2. Type “casualty loss” in Search box (upper right-hand corner of the screen)
3. Click on “Jump to casualty loss” link.
4. Answer the screen prompt interview questions.
