I was covered by HDHP (family) Jan-Jul 2017; Cobra Aug-Nov 2017; HDHP Dec2017. Do I need to mark the Cobra coverage as Family? Currently it shown as no HDHP Aug-Nov.

If your health plan had a qualifying deductible through COBRA, it is considered a HDHP. You can deduct the premiums you paid out of pocket in Medical Expenses.
