I was a Florida resident for all of 2018, I have paid Georgia property taxes on two properties (personal use). Do I need to file a Georgia State Tax Return for 2018?
If you do not have any Georgia sourced income or Georgia state taxes being withheld on the income you received then you do not have to file a GA state tax return. The payment of Georgia property taxes is not a requirement to file a state return.
