I used 2 vehicles for business. Can I use standard mileage deduction for one vehicle and actual expensive for the other?

Yes, you can do that.

Just be aware that if you use the Actual Expenses for the one vehicle for the 'first' year, you can not switch that vehicle to the Standard Mileage Rate.  You must continue to use the Actual Expenses for the rest of your ownership of that vehicle.
