I sold my home and purchased a new home in 2019. I received a 1099-S, but gains will be less than $250k. Should I use Turbotax Deluxe or Premier?

First ... buying a new home is immaterial to reporting the sale.  If you use the ONLINE version then you will need to premier version so the sale can be entered even if you will exclude the profit.  Make very sure you click on the 1099-S box so if forces a Sch D entry.
