I owe capital gains on a property I sold in 2019, but Turbotax is not automatically deducting this from my return. How/when do I pay these taxes if Turbotax will not?

Thanks for everyone's help thus far. I googled the form for the "Qualified Dividends and Capital Gain Tax Worksheet- Line 11a" and my completed return in TurboTax seems to suggest that since both lines 18 & 19 are blank that this worksheet must be filled out. Do you think that the questions TurboTax asked me automatically completed & populated this form? I just want to be sure this is correct & not too good to be true (as far as not owing anything), since I don't recall seeing questions in this section about filing single/married/separately, ect.
