I need to get back to theFederal part for itemizing; it will not let me, anyone know how?

Yes.  Sign in to your TurboTax account and click on 'Pick up where I left off'.  Click on ''Federal'' on the left and then ''Deductions and Credits'' at the top.  From there, scroll down to the bottom and look for and click on  ''Show More/All Tax Breaks".   You can choose from the list the itemized deductions you want to enter.
