The asset basis and accumulated depreciation are reported on Form 4562 Depreciation and Amortization Report, which is created by TurboTax as part of your return. Most other software programs produce a similar report.
Look on last year's report for the column "Depr Basis," which is the current tax basis. And the total of the Prior and Current Depreciation is the accumulated depreciation for that year.
If you have not yet filed your return in TurboTax Online, you can download your entire return (including worksheets), as a PDF file to view or print. For this option, choose Tax Tools in the left column then select Print Center.
If you are using TurboTax for desktop, click the Forms icon in the header. Find the depreciation report in the left column and click the name to open it in the large window. Click the Print button at the bottom of the window.
