I in USA for more than 7 years on F1 visa with OPT, and therefore I'm a resident for tax purposes. Can I use TurboTax?

Already tried Sprintax but they don't handle resident for tax purposes and suggested to use TurboTax.

Yes, you surely can use TurboTax.  As you have resided in US for more than five years on a F-1 visa, you are considered as a resident for tax purposes. Sprintax provides tax services and solutions to only nonresidents.
