I hold a second mortgage on a home. The buyers did not buy from me and pay me monthly interest. Where do I enter this income?

That would be Interest Income, reported on Schedule B. 

In the Federal Taxes tab, enter this interest as if it had been reported on a Form 1099-INT. All you need to report is the payer's name and the amount.
