I have excess Energy Home Credit in year 2022, can I claim tax credit from previous 2021 which I paid taxes?

If you had an unused energy credit in 2021, it will roll over to this tax return (2022).   If you have unused energy credits this year, they will roll over to next year.

as i read your question the credit arose in 2022 and you want to know if you can carry it back to 2021. no you cant. only a carryforward
