I have a US-based bank account but my address is a foreign address - it seems I meet all the IRS criteria but Intuit won't let me file - any tips?

Hi - this link answers how to file with a foreign address - my question was on paying for turbo tax with a foreign address. The system thinks that in order to have a US account you need to have a US address which is not the case. I have a US account registered to a foreign address so your system won't let me pay, even though I am meeting the criteria.
