I have a cpap machine for sleep apnea. I bought a travel machine for use while traveling. Is the second machine considered a legitimate medical expenditure?

yes. even medical equipment and supplies sold over the counter ( no prescription) INFO 2005-0008 and REV RUL 2003-58
