I have a Closing Escrow Balance on my 2016 mortgage statement. Can I deduct this amount and where do I put it on the form?

Your closing escrow balance is just leftover money that wasn't needed to pay your real estate taxes for 2016. You can't use it as a real estate tax deduction.
