I have a church offering statement

To enter your church contributions:

Go to My Account > Tools > Topic Search (see screenshot)
Type contributions, charitable in the search box and click Go. (see screenshot)
You should be on the Donations to charity screen. Click Yes.
Proceed through the interview to enter your donations.
