I have a 1099-SA form (HSA). I got it from my previous job back in 2014/2015.  However, TurboTax is asking if I inherited which I did from my previous job but not from someone that died or anyone else. I'm a little confused on how to answer this questions. Can you please help me. Thanks!

You would answer No to the question about the account being inherited.  It is referring to it coming from a deceased person, not a previous job.

Turbo Tax is asking: What type of High Deductible Health Plan did you have on December 1, 2016?
If you had HDHP coverage on December 1, 2016, but failed to be an eligible individual for other reasons, select None.

Family

Self only

None

But I didnt have a high deductible health plan but I also didn't failed to be eligible. My health insurance was provided from my previous job and it was a PPO plan

Answer 'None' unless you had a HDHP plan.  As long as you did not contribute to the HSA, you only took money out of the account, there will be no tax consequence.
