I had (and have) an FSA account and contributed to it in 2024. The form said "we'll ask about that later" but it never did. Where do I put in FSA contributions?

Where can I find the location in the form to put my FSA contribution?

You do not enter anything about FSA distributions or contributions on your 1040 tax return. Your employer will take care of any paperwork.
