I don't have foreign tax to report but schedule A says $3, I didn't enter this value. Is this a bug? How to work around?

I don't have foreign tax to report but schedule A says $3, I didn't enter this value. Is this a bug? How to work around?
The foreign tax paid may have transferred to Schedule A from financial information (1099-B or 1099-Div) that you imported.
If you think this is the case and you don't want to claim the foreign tax, you can edit your imported data and remove it.
