The Child Tax Credit for tax year 2020 remains unchanged. It is still $2,000
IRS Publication 972 (2020) Child Tax Credit and Credit for Other Dependents page 3 - https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/p972.pdf#page=3
The maximum amount you can claim for the credit is $2,000 for each child who qualifies you for the CTC.
The Child tax Credit did not go up this year. That is still only a legislative proposal, at this point. The most likely scenario is it will be a 2021 credit (not 2020) with an advance monthly payment feature. It will (almost) definitely not be part of your 2020 tax return refund.
So, yes you will get the full 2020 child tax credit, if you are otherwise eligible.
